By accessing or using K3.1 Studio, you agree to these Terms. K3.1 Studio is an independent, unofficial workspace and is not affiliated with Moonshot AI.

1. Description of the Service

K3.1 Studio provides a developer workbench for long-context coding, document analysis, and multimodal understanding through a third-party model API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Free credits and fair use

New users may receive free credits. Free credits are limited per device and network to prevent abuse. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the free tier or attempt to bypass usage controls.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass credit limits or abuse the system.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content.
  • Do not resell or commercially exploit access without authorization.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by a third-party AI model. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. We retain ownership of the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, subject to the model provider’s terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. This amount is currently $0 while payments are disabled.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
